CFDC Veterans Business Initiative Kick Off
March 5 @ 8:30 am - 12:00 pmFree
The Veterans Business Initiative (VBI) was created by the Central Florida Disability Chamber of Commerce in partnership with CareerSource Central Florida. The founding Trustee for the program is Florida Hospital, along with its trustees Manpower, Regions Bank, and many other business partners. VBI was created to provide networking, educational and job opportunities to veterans and/or their spouses in the Central Florida area. It is an 8-week course that centers around networking opportunities for all military veterans; their spouses; and families; each meeting consists of three employers, an education partner and entrepreneurship opportunities. Many of our program participants find employment, create their own business, or realize they need more education.
